Important Package Details
- Overtime: We know medical appointments can run late. Time exceeding the initial 3 hours is simply billed in 30-minute increments ($45 per 30 mins for Sedans; $60 per 30 mins for SUVs).
- Distance Allowance: Packages include up to 60km of round-trip travel (perfect for Brantford to Hamilton routes). Out-of-region trips (e.g., traveling to downtown Toronto hospitals) are subject to a flat-rate distance surcharge.
- Additional Fees: Please note that any hospital parking fees or 407 ETR toll charges incurred during the trip are not included in the base package. If any are used, the final cost will be determined and billed separately after the trip is completed.
- Taxes, Gratuity & Payment: Base package rates do not include 13% HST or chauffeur gratuity (15% is customary). Upon reviewing your request, we will email you a Secure Payment Link (via Stripe/Square) to safely vault your credit card. Your card will only be charged the final calculated amount (including any tolls/parking/overtime) once the trip is completed.
